Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SlideKick add-on for Google Slides and related services (the “Service”), operated by Pirx (“we”, “us”). By installing or using SlideKick, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
SlideKick is an AI assistant that runs inside Google Slides and helps you draft slides, generate images, and adjust layouts in the presentation you have open. The Service may evolve over time as we add, change, or remove features.
2. Eligibility & your Google account
You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for the Google account you use with SlideKick and for complying with Google’s own terms, including the Google Workspace and Google Slides terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
- use the Service to violate the rights of others, including intellectual-property and privacy rights;
- resell or commercially exploit the Service except as expressly permitted by us.
4. Your content
You retain all rights to the presentations and content you use with SlideKick (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to access and process Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights necessary to use Your Content with the Service.
5. AI-generated output
SlideKick uses AI models to generate text, images, and other output (“Output”) based on your requests. AI Output can be inaccurate, may resemble other material, and may not be unique to you. You are responsible for reviewing Output before relying on or publishing it. We make no guarantee that Output is accurate, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.
6. Plans, trials & fees
Some features may be offered free of charge, on a trial, or under a paid or credit-based plan. Where fees apply, the applicable pricing and terms will be presented to you before you incur a charge. We may change pricing prospectively with reasonable notice.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend or limit the Service for maintenance, security, or capacity reasons.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pirx will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and revoke its access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
